What's included

These one to two day seminars focus on specific regions of the body and cover descriptive, functional and palpatory anatomy, clinical and differential diagnosis, mobility testing and therapeutic techniques. The program is divided as follows:

• Foot and Ankle
• Knee and Hip
• Pelvis, Lumbar Spine and Thoracolumbar Hinge
• Thoracic Spine and Rib Cage
• Shoulder Girdle and Shoulder
• Elbow, Hand and Wrist
• Cervical Spine

This specific seminar will focus on osteopathic manipulation of the pelvis, lumbar spine and dorso-lumbar hinge and provide healthcare professionals with an in-depth understanding of the anatomy, biomechanics and common dysfunctions associated with these structures. Participants will learn to assess and treat various conditions using osteopathic manipulative techniques (OMT), aimed at restoring optimal function and relieving pain.

As a general rule of IOT, each participant must apply by sending their CV to info@iot-academy.net two months before the start of each seminar or participate in the round table organized by the IOT team in order to better understand the specific objective of the seminar and the long-term vision of our IOT academy.

All participants must be in good standing with their respected orders (Lebanese Order of Physicians, Lebanese Order of Physiotherapists) and/or local and/or international associations/societies.

Participants must pay the total seminar fee one month before the start of the seminar.

IOT issues a Certificate of Training to each participant at the end of each seminar. The Certificate will validate part of the other study programs carried out by IOT, especially those concerning the 4-year training program.

Accommodation and prices

During the seminar, generous coffee and lunch breaks will be included with a wide variety of oriental and western dishes to please the participants and make the seminar experience more enjoyable and unforgettable.

Cancellation Policy

No refund will be possible in case of cancellation during the month preceding the date of the seminar. Refunds or discounts may be considered in special circumstances (medical or personal/family reasons, force majeure).

The organizers are the sole judges of the validity of the reason for cancellation.

What was Included

During this seminar, you will have the ability to find a somatic dysfunction that is influenced by your overall treatment of the body. The GOT is based on the mechanical principle of Dr. LittleJohn “Polygon of Forces”. By learning this treatment, you will be able to improve joint mobility and the integration of the central and autonomous nervous system through your therapeutic techniques in the goal of completely restoring physical well-being. The goal is to learn this series of joint and soft tissue techniques in the form of a therapeutical “ROUTINE” that will enables you to:
